Nina is an avid reader and lover of education that’s led her through many careers. From barista to graphic design, certified nursing assistant to school bus driver but telling stories is what she enjoys the most.

As a American/Cuban, family and culture are especially important to her. While writing is her absolute passion, her full-time job is Mistress of Minions to her four needy goblins. They definitely keep her on her toes. However, her hysterical husband makes everything easier with his wild, and sometimes inappropriate humor. She shares her Rhode Island home with her husband, children, and parents.
